This was one of those times I walked by looking for food without checking yelp and I stumbled upon this!
Staff:
Make sure you try and have cash! lol Go inside and pay first and then take your stub to the window and wait for them to make it.
Food:
Falafel Wrap: So good and so warm. Not too heavy and just the right amount of everything in it. The crunch is great and the sauce is on point.
Overall:
Everyone in the street was legit holding a wrap lol -

We came here because L'As du Fallafel (where I went last time I was in Paris) was closed.
First off, the prices are insane. A falafel plate is literally 3x the cost of the same thing at L'As du Fallafel. Even a small portion of French fries is $4. But we were hungry and the reviews were good so we figured why not.
The place was fairly empty so we were seated immediately. I had the falafel plate and my friend had the shawarma. Both were above average but definitely not as good as L'As du Fallafel. Our total was $28 when it would have been $12 down the street.
Don't get me wrong, the food was good, but very overpriced. -

Great place for falafels of all types. Located in the heat of Paris's Jewish quarter in a scenic little plaza. This place deserves a visit. I found the wait staff friendly and prices moderate. Lots of people were taking their falafels to go and wondering about the quarter.
There are also convenient benches nearby to sit and people watch while you eat your falafels. -

So we totally did that thing where we meant to go to The Famous Falafel Place and actually went to a different one next door. But let me tell you- skip that crazy tourist line, the freezing in the cold, and grab a table and GO HERE.
What an insanely delicious lamb schwarma we had here! Best I've ever had and I live in NYC! I'd go here all the time if I lived here. The lamb is fresh, the bread is fluffy, and everything in between is top-notch.
We also got the falafel platter. I'm not even a fan of falafel and these converted me. Crispy, not greasy, chickpea-filled but not grainy.

While wandering the Marais & scoping out all of the falafel joints, Yelp led us to this gem! There was a cart whipping up express pitas & snacks that moved pretty quickly. However, as we wanted a table to sit down for a bit, we had to wait ~20 minutes. The waiters were moving quickly though and made space for us right away as soon as a table cleared up! (Menu has English translations as well.)
Moving on to the food:
SO TASTY! All 3 of us ordered falafel pitas. Falafel balls had excellent spice, sauces were great (be sure to ask for extra napkins!and try their hot sauce too -- not too much heat but nice flavor!), and the pita came with a generous portion of eggplant as well. While the space was a little tight and we felt pressured to eat quickly, the waiter was kind & receptive to our questions, and the location is the perfect place to people watch, stroll around, and grab a bite of dessert after!
